This is the difference between the person who can run 10 projects at the same time effortlessly, and the person who is overwhelmed with stress by a single project or service call.

The main difference between a global technician that remembers everything, and a small town technician that cant remember his own families birthday is the use of a solid system for organizing everything. 

For many years I fell into the group of small town technician. It wasn't until I was overwhelmed with stress every single day, forgetting things, loosing information, and letting people down, that I realized that something had to change or I was going to fail miserably in this trade. I have been constantly developing a system for bringing all of the chaos into control in our industry, and building this organizing system through trial and error over the last decade. Everything you need to get started on your organizational journey is included in this file organizing system.

In order to eliminate your stress, improve your memory, and perform at an elite level, you have to save absolutely everything related to what your working on, and be able to recall it quickly in the future if needed. As you progress, you will need to transition from working off of trying to memorize everything, to memorizing the "system" you create, and working off of that system. Think about it as if you had to handle 10x the projects that you do now, and build a system that will do that for you.

A good system has 3 things.

1. Task Manager.

2. File organizer.

3. Calendar.
